Top Shelf Ruby Port

A port style flavouring. Full bodied with deep berry notes. Combine this with a base and red wine for a taste experience inspired by a top shelf spirit.

Mixing Instructions: Shake well before use. Dissolve a packet of Still Spirits Liqueur Base B in 1 750ml bottle of red wine (Merlot). Add this essence and 770ml of 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Top up to 2.25L with water. Add sugar to taste if a sweeter port is desired. Makes three 750ml (or 2 x 1.125L) bottles.

Ingredients: Stabiliser (E422), colour (E150d) ( sulphites ), water, natural flavouring, colour (E122).
