In addition to the kit, you will also require:

- Carboy & Bored Bung / Secondary Fermenter (minimum 6 gal / 23 L)

- Sugar This kit requires the addition of 4 kg of granulated sugar (sucrose) or preferably 4.4 kg of brewing sugar (dextrose) for fermentation.
- 30 x 750 ml wine bottles and 30 corks & corker / novatwist screw caps or 30 x 750ml fliptop beer bottles can be used.

Ingredients: Concentrate red grape juice concentrate (sulphites), invert sugar syrup, elderberry juice concentrate, acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium citrate), water, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium metabisulphite. Flavouring add-back red grape juice concentrate (sulphites), blackcurrant juice concentrate, red current juice concentrate, flavourings, water, preservatives (sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate). Chitosan water, acid (malic acid), chitosan (crustaceans). Nutrient yeast nutrients, acidity regulator (sodium citrate), antifoaming agents (polydimethylsiloxane, silicon dioxide), dextrose, enzyme (pectinase), vitamins, trace minerals ; Kieselsol (silica solution); Yeast dried yeast (yeast, emulsifier (sorbitan monostearate)) ; Stabiliser preservatives (sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate).
