Also called Pectinanse. This is 100% enzyme and is not mixed down with dextrose to bulk it up.

Use 1 packet for up to 25 Litres of wine.

Breaks down the pectin's in fruit, releasing the juice and colour and enhancing yield naturally. Aids clarity in the finished wine.
