How to use:
- Apply Colour Fanatic Top Coat Tone Blue evenly throughout hair. When using Top Coat Tone Blue apply to previously Colour-treated areas to neutralise unwanted tones.
- Leave in for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
- Finish with preferred Pureology conditioner or mask, only if necessary.
