HT4tz Vertical White Underfloor Heating Thermostat The HT4tz is Heatwell's dual purpose thermostat. Link your heated towel rails to your floor heating thermostat. The HT4tz has been designed to allow independent programming for heated towel rails and underfloor heating Unlike most of Heatwell's thermostats, the HT4tz needs to be a new install. The HT4tz can not be linked to heated towel rails where the wall has already been finished. The HT4tz comes in three parts. The thermostat, the mounting block, and the electrical block. The electrical block is designed to be installed independently and does not need to be re-attached to the mounting block. The thermostat is attached to the electrical block via an electrical ribbon. The electrical block acts like a circuit breaker for an electrical surge. The electrical block is the part likely to be affected by an electrical surge and can be replaced without having to buy another thermostat. Parts are available.
