Vintage Button Brooch

I found this old bakelite button in my mother's sewing box and immediately fell in love with its vibrant green colour and stunning mid-century design. I knew it deserved a new life! I carefully crafted some fine silver petals and a 9kt gold flower centre resulting in an elegant combination of old-world charm and contemporary elegance.

I regifted it to my delighted Mum and it has become a treasured family heirloom! I love recreating the lost and forgotten into something new and meaningful.
