“It was autumn in Central Otago & all the other orchards around Roxburgh had already picked their apples - except for these red beauties! As I wandered down a side lane to take a closer look, a dog started barking at me & I thought the sheep were going to scatter..but I kept my nerve & managed to capture this single shot just in time, complete with half chewed tufts of grass!"
