Send off your orders sustainably with HEROKRAFT paper mailers. These paper mailers are made with 100% recycled paper (post-consumer used) and are compostable AND curb side recyclable.

These paper shipping mailers can be custom printed in full colour (logos or photos) with a minimum order quantity of just 25 mailers. Simply select "YES - ADD MY LOGO" and upload your artwork. We'll send through a print proof and then print your full order. Printing times depend on the quantity ordered. How to get custom HEROKRAFT paper mailers

1. Choose your size and quanity

2. Upload your high res logo/artwork (we require high res PDF or.ai files)

3. Purchase your mailers

4. OPTIONAL: Use this template to show us where you want your logo to be placed. Email it to us at hello@heropackaging.com.au

5. We will send you an approval via email

6. Once approved, your mailers will be placed be printed and shipped (This is usually a 5-7 business day turnaround)

But are they water-proof, you ask? They are absolutely rain-resistant. Check out our video on Instagram to see the water-resistance in action!

Each of the mailers comes with a secret bottom gusset which gives the mailers much more extra space to put more products.

They are thick and sturdy and will withstand the bumps and throws of courier deliveries.

These HEROKRAFT mailers have no printing to keep a clean eco-friendly look.

These paper mailers come in 3 sizes:

- Small: 19 x 26cm
- Medium: 26.5 x 38cm
- Large: 36 x 44cm

SIZING NOTE: Sizes displayed are external dimensions. The internal width will be approximately 2cm less than the external dimensions. Please keep this in mind when purchasing to ensure your products fit.

Please note for custom orders: we can print in full colour (multiple colours in your artwork) but cannot print in white. Any white backgrounds in your artwork will not print. If your actual logo/text artwork is submitted in white, it will be converted to black for printing. If you have any issues uploading your artwork, you can place your order as usual including custom printing, leave a note on your order, and email the artwork to us separately at hello@heropackaging.com.au. If you need double sided printing, please email us for a quote.
