HEROLABEL - Circle Compostable Stickers (Direct Thermal) - White or Pink

Use it for branding! Our Circle Compostable HEROLABELs (on rolls) are the perfect size to print your logo for your products. They can even be used to print instructions or have a cute note for your customers! There are 2 sizes to choose from: 4cm or 6cm.

The compostable labels are made to be used with a direct thermal printer like our HERO PRINTER.

Our Circle Compostable Labels have small text at the bottom which reads "COMPOSTABLE HEROLABEL". This is so your customers can identify that it is compostable and does not need to be peeled off before composting the outer packaging. Circle Label S ize:

- The artwork on the white labels prints out as black, and the printing on the pink labels prints out as grey.

There are 800 labels/stickers on every roll (for the small stickers) so each sticker costs only $0.04.

There are 600 labels/stickers on evert roll (for the large stickers) so each sticker costs only $0.065.

Compatible printers:
HEROLABEL rolls work seamlessly with Hero Printer and other direct-thermal printers which can have a label width of 100mm or more. When selecting a new direct-thermal shipping label printer, simply ensure:
- Printer is direct-thermal
- Printer handles a label width of 100mm or more.
- Printer accepts label rolls with 40mm cores and doesn't require any other fixtures.

Please note: these are not suitable for Dymo 4XL printers, as Dymo restricts customers from purchasing their own branded labels which are not compostable. How to print circle labels using our Hero Printer:

- Create a square image file (in Canva for example) which is 4cmx4cm (for the 4cm circle labels) or 6cmx6cm (for the 6cm circle labels).
- Add a circle to your square page which is 4cm or 6cm in diameter.
- Add artwork as normal, but keep artwork within the circle.
- Also keep in mind that printing is only done in black and white on direct thermal label printers.
- Before printing, delete or hide the circle, then print through your Hero Printer as usual (be sure to load the correct labels into your printer first). Compostable HEROLABEL adhesive:

The compostable adhesive used on our HEROLABEL rolls is non-toxic and safe for composting. This also means the adhesive is not as aggressive as toxic adhesives which aren't compostable. HEROLABELs have been designed and specifically tested to work with our HEROPACK shipping mailers which have a flat surface. If you're shipping with cardboard cartons, it's best to trial 1 roll of HEROLABELs first to ensure they provide a strong hold on your cartons (some cartons have more uneven surfaces than others).

Here is the ideal technique we have found to work perfectly using HEROLABELs:
- Lay the HEROPACK mailer on a flat surface BEFORE inserting your products.
- Apply the HEROLABEL and flatten out with your hands/fist to achieve a good application, especially on the edges and corners. Be sure to run your finger over the edges to stick the label down completely.
- Insert the products into your HEROPACK mailer as usual.
- Seal the HEROPACK as usual.
