Kanuka Honey has a very unique taste and flavour, that can only come from our native kanuka trees. Hints of brulee, strong whisky, butterscotch or stout with a lingering aftertaste of sweet caramel.

Gives depth of flavour to many ingredients and great in a lemon and honey drink.
