These beans from Hacienda Victoria, Ecuador, have low acidity and a smooth, strong cocoa flavour. we roast the beans lightly to protect the dried fruit and nutty notes, adding a hint of vanilla for sweetness.

All our chocolate is made using directly traded, traceable and slave free cocoa beans from the first carbon neutral cocoa farm Hacienda Victoria.
