For a long time we’ve been searching for a cacao suitable for a higher percentage bar. These Arriba Nacional beans from Hacienda Victoria, , have exactly what we have been looking for: lightly fermented, low acidity and beautiful delicate flavour and aroma.

This chocolate is low in sugar yet with no bitterness. It has a creamy mouth-feel with notes of cashew and Brazil nuts.
