Texanz BBQ - Lamb & Game Rub

Started with a Texas style base, then added in some flavours from south of the border to come up with a salt and pepper hit followed very quickly by subtle yet firm Cumin flavour profile, finishing with hint of mint on the back end. It's delicate enough to let the flavour of the meat shine but has enough body to stand up on its own.
