THEORY FOOD - STICKY SOY GLAZE

An absolute winner for the summer BBQ or a great glaze over fried chicken or pork belly.

For us this glaze has a bit of memories - As the recipe was developed at one of Michelle’s previous restaurants, the sauce was synonymous with a fried chicken dish. We also use it a lot in our Theory catering, and are delighted that you will be able to get creative with it at home too!
