Icing Sugar

Chelsea icing sugar is a powdered form of sugar which is ground sugar milled down to a powdered form. It is typically used in baking and to make icing. This icing sugar contains a little bit of tapioca starch to ensure that its free flowing and doesn't form lumps.


Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Tapioca Starch (3%)
