Thaw for 20 mins, then place frozen on an oven tray and brush on top with a beaten egg for best results. Bake at 160C for approx 20 minutes, or longer if they need it. Every oven is different. It is browning to quickly on the outside turn the oven down so the middle cooks. Remember these will not puff up they stay the size they are, they have no gluten.
