Each 5ml dose contains:

PASSIONFLOWER: extract equivalent to dry flower 820mg

ZIZYPHUS: extract equivalent to dry seed 1215mg

VALERIAN: extract equivalent to dry root 730.4mg

HOPS: extract equivalent to dry flowers 364.5mg

In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water. Directions

Take the recommended dose by age group: (over 12 years)

Sleep well: Take 5mls three hours before bed and another 5mls one hour before bed.

If needed, take another 5mls through the night. Can be taken long-term.
