Appearance : Clear pale lemon -green

Aroma : A complex bouquet of citrus, grapefruit and feijoas

Palate : Crisp, refreshing salivating acidity, minerally, showing flavours of lemon and orange peel. Dry on the finish.

Drink now , but will improve with cellaring.

Residual sugar : 10g/L
