Appearance : Clear pale lemon -green

Aroma : A complex bouquet of white flowers, wet stone and citrus

Palate : Crisp, refreshing salivating acidity, minerally, showing flavours of anise and mandarin peel. Dry on the finish.

Drink now , but will improve with cellaring.

Residual sugar : 6 g/L
