Specifications:

- High-grade latex tubing encased in a full-length nylon sleeve (will last 5 times longer than unsleeved latex tubing when used outdoors)
- Easy set up using a carabiner configuration on chain link fences or using the CS Door Belts™, Crossover SRS™, or CS Wall Mounts™
- 'Iron Scap' exercises are not included but can be found online
