Seeking Health (prev. Optimal Start) is a multivitamin and mineral without Calcium, Copper, Iron, Vitamin B12, and Folate.

This unique multivitamin was designed by Dr. Ben Lynch for those who are sensitive to methylated vitamins, stress, and certain minerals.

It contains a good blend of vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, and herbs to support overall health, immunity, and the body's healthy response to stress. It contains a B complex, but without vitamin B12 and folate as a targeted blend for those unable to tolerate the methyl groups.

The minerals in this blend are in a well-absorbed, chelated form. Calcium, Copper, Iodine, and Iron have been excluded from this product as they may need more specific dosing for those with adrenal or thyroid issues.

The additional adaptogenic herbs Siberian Ginseng and Withania help to support the body during times of stress. While Fulvic Acid has been added to enhance nutrient absorption.
