Flying in the Face of Grief (the ever being of life)

BY ANNWYN.

When seventeen-year-old Tim dies in a car crash at the turn of the millennium, well-meaning friends inform Annette that a parent, especially a mother, never recovers from losing a child. And yet she not only survives, she thrives – flying higher because of grief.

Refusing to be defined by long-held beliefs, she discovers transformational gifts arising from the noble rite of passage that humanity has regarded as crippling grief. It’s not all plain sailing, especially when living aboard a yacht while grieving and dismantling who she thought she was. But she was never alone.

Offering wisdom from beyond the veil, Tim reveals how death is not the end of our loved ones, and that life continues in the spirit realm as the ever being of life.

Tucking his mother under his wing, he guides her to release acquired beliefs from her conditioned mindset, and to delight in their new relationship that extends beyond worlds, the universe, time and space.

She is now free to fly within her own soul-directed consciousness, unshackled from limiting beliefs – this is the richly transformative gift of grief.

The magic, humour and ancient truth revealed in this timeless memoir by New Zealand author, ANNWYN, apply to any life changing event that brings suffering and sorrow, and ancient truth encased within this timeless memoir apply to any lifechanging event that brings suffering and sadness.

About ANNWYN:

As a messenger for Spirit, ANNWYN straddles physical and nonphysical worlds.
One of her main influences is her son, Tim, now known as Katoosh, who guides her from the realms of Spirit. Also a spiritual mentor and healer, ANNWYN holds workshops and webinars as well as offering one-to-one sessions to individuals navigating stressful change. She draws from a deep well of tutelage under ascended masters for over two decades to weave ancient, practical wisdom into daily life. For the past 8 years she has lived at the southern edges of Lake Taupo, New Zealand. Inspiration for writing this book: Watching grief-stricken faces during the 2011 Christchurch quakes galvanised ANNWYN to share her own story, having discovered many unexpected gifts of grief herself. Because, within days of his passing, her teen son visited from ‘the otherworld,’ and has continued to do so ever since. His message remains constant, “My life was not cut short. There are no endings-only the ever being of life."
