Niimbot M Series 50 x 30 mm PET Labels
Performance Ratings
- Water & Moisture Resistance: 5/5 (Hydrophobically stable)
- Abrasion Resistance: 4/5 (Resistant to mechanical friction)
- UV Stability: 3/5 to 5/5 (Variant dependent; see Silver/Metallic options)
- Chemical Resistance: Highly resistant to oils, common cleaning agents, and hydraulic fluids. The "ISO-Pro" Color Strategy
Available in a range of high-visibility finishes designed to align with international safety and identification standards:
- Standard White: High-contrast for general asset ID and inventory.
- Vibrant Yellow/Green/Red/Blue: Specifically for ISO 20560 piping and safety protocols.
- Matte/Brushed Silver: Enhanced UV resistance for external asset tagging.
- Hologram/Laser Silver: Security-focused finish for tamper-evident calibration seals. Operational Applications 1. Electrical Infrastructure (AS/NZS 3000)
Standard paper labels are a liability in switchboard environments. These PET labels satisfy the "permanent and legible" requirements for circuit identification, junction boxes, and main switch labeling, resisting the heat cycles of industrial enclosures. 2. Asset & Inventory Management
The 50 x 30 mm area allows for a 3-line data structure: Company ID, Asset Name, and a large-format QR code. This reduces scanning errors and provides field technicians with instant access to cloud-based maintenance logs. 3. Metrology & Calibration (ISO 17025)
Designed for use with Niimbot's "Metrology Wizard" to automate "Date Math" (Calibration vs. Due Date). The PET surface accepts fine-detail 300 DPI printing for microscopic traceability text. Hardware Compatibility
Fully compatible with the Niimbot M2 (Field Unit) and Niimbot M3 (Facility Station) printers. These printers utilize the required thermal transfer ribbon system to bond the image to the PET substrate, preventing the "Fade-to-White" failure common in cheaper thermal direct alternatives.
