Matakana Superfoods - Açai Bowl Premix - 300g

Our Açai Bowl Premix is delicious, nutritious and an easy to use base for creating your very own traditional Brazilian breakfast.

With 10g of plant-based protein per serve it makes for a great way to kickstart your day!

Ingredients:

Organic coconut fibre 29%, faba protein isolate powder 16%, yellow pea protein isolate powder 15%, organic banana powder 10% (banana, acidity regulator (citric acid)), organic freeze-dried açai berry powder 10% (eqv. approx. 15g fresh açai berries per serve), organic freeze-dried blackcurrant powder 10%, organic yacon and lucuma blend 5% (yacon 50%, lucuma 50%).

No artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. GM free.

Serving Suggestion

In a blender combine 3 tbsp of Matakana Superfoods' Açai Bowl Pemix with 1/2 cup of your favourite milk and 1 small frozen banana or frozen berries. Blend until thick and creamy.

How to build an Açai Bowl (serves 1):
- Pour blended Açai Bowl Premix into a chilled serving bowl
- Layer with granola or muesli
- Top with desired toppings such as fruit, coconut chips or cacao nibs
- Drizzle with coconut nectar, honey or maple syrup (optional)
