The HN-43 Lens Hood is designed for use with NIKKOR Z DX Micro 35mm f/1.7. It is designed to keep flare from reaching the lens while shooting.

HN-43 Lens Hood is also compatible with:

NIKKOR Z 28mm f/2.8 NIKKOR Z 28mm f/2.8 (Special Edition) NIKKOR Z 40mm f/2 NIKKOR Z 40mm f/2 (SE).

The hood cannot be used when a circular polarizing filter is attached.
