Antique Victorian Diamond Tassel Brooch

set in 15ct yellow gold. A starburst design in the centre of the dome with diamond surrounded by seed pearls. The outside is a rope design which wraps around the dome and falls to tassels at the base. Single pin fixed to back. A beautiful piece of history. Circa 1850-1900s
