LAMBRUSCO EMILIA IGP This is an old-school, rustic Lambrusco. A blend of Lambrusco Maestri and Lambrusco Grasparossa, after ageing the wine is transferred to the bottle with a little must for the second fermentation. This Lambrusco is packed full of dark, sappy fruit. Bone dry, almost bloody and full of earthy notes with vibrant freshness and a delicate tannin. PRODUCED BY
