Funky Monkey Slice Mix

Get ready to transform you lunch box game with our !

A lot of thought has gone into this super easy slice mix! It is 'Everything Free' - so free from all top allergens: gluten/grain-free, dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free and this includes the very small (2) ingredients you add!

You literally only need:

- 2 bananas (who doesn't have bananas to use up?!)
- 1/3 cup of coconut oil

Plus.

There is a lot of goodness packed in too! You (and little monkey's) will not even be able to tell but there is some sneaky freeze-dried carrot in there (the 'funky' part), along with the goodness of flaxseed for iron, protein and fiber and coconut for good fat and lasting energy. There is some dairy-free chocolate chips in there just for that hmmmmm factor.

You are only limited by your imagination with toppings too - you can leave it as is and it's still delicious, sprinkle on extra coconut, extra choc-chips or a drizzle of icing.

You can even turn this into more of a cake and layer up some divine Sweet Potato frosting (see Feed the Tribe) - so if you are in need of 'something-free' for a party or early-childhood centre this is perfect!

Enjoy warm from the oven, or keep in the fridge to pop into lunch-boxes and it will freeze well sliced up too.
