Formosa Palm

Arenga engleri, also known as and Dwarf Sugar Palm is a beautiful clustering palm, small to medium in size to around 3m. Long fish-tailed shaped pinnate leaves, dark green on top, silvery underneath, twist gracefully. Each trunk is covered with delicate black fibres.

Evergreen, this palm prefers partial shade and will take quite a few degrees of frost. One of the best palms to display a tropical look. It is still a palm which is not often found in and therefore quite sought after. Indoors provides easy care in average light position. Slow grower.
