Begonia variegata
The a species from Vietnam and it looks very similar to Begonia masoniana (the main difference being masoniana doesn't have the coloured border around the leaf edge) indeed this variety is frequently sold as Begonia 'Mountain' which is the common name for Begonia masoniana. In any event, both types are absolutely lovely with their soft-looking, almost cushioned leaves and beautiful, unique patterning. The good news? These grow well either inside or out, although outside they do obviously get more weather beaten and tatty especially over winter.
