Also called Mexican Lime and West Indian Lime, Key Limes are the most 'Limey' of all the Limes! They do very well when planted in the ground in (less so in containers). These are the small, thin skinned limes that turn a bit yellow as they ripen fully, but are usually considered to be at their acidic, limey best (for juicing) when still at least a little green. Everyone should have one
