Asplenium nidus (Birdsnest Fern)

One of the easiest-care classic tropical foliage ferns, with bright green, slightly wavy, glossy leaves. Its name originates from the way it grows new leaves from the centre of the plant, in a circular, birds-nest fashion.

This plant thrives with a little humidity, so would suit a regular misting.

Water only sparingly in winter, though regularly during the growing seasons (spring-autumn) to ensure the soil doesn’t dry out.
