Hibiscus 'Dr Katzuki'

Evergreen shrub that produces flowers that are deep orange with a cherry red centre, and have a kind of papery appearance. These are produced through summer and autumn off upright, slender branches with glossy, green leaves - it grows to 1.5 m tall and about the same wide. Best grown in a sunny, sheltered position where soils are moist, fertile and free-draining. Trim back in early Spring to help encourage new growth. Suitable for growing in coastal locations.
