General Characteristics: The Betel Nut Palm is widely cultivated in Southeast Asia for its seeds.Suited to warm subtropical and tropical climates. The dwarf variety shorter trunk, reaching about 8 feet.

Indoor temperature range 16 - 25 celcius. The Betel nut dwarf trait is sometimes inconsistent, and might not be passed on through seeds, and could be anywhere from standard to dwarf, either way a very nice palm, rarely seen here.

Lighting: Partial indirect light indoors

Water: Water when starts drying out, keep from sitting in saucers. Keep moist but don"t over water
