Pinguicula emarginata - Mexican Butterwort

 

Pinguicula emarginata is a relatively small pure species indigenous to Puebla, in Mexico. The flowers are quite unique among butterworts with their jagged edges and bright veining.

- Skill Level: Easy.
- Light: Min 1 hour direct sun, max all day.
- Water: Fill tray, keep in water at all times.
- Dormancy: Succulent phase with smaller leaves in winter, reduce watering by half allowing tray to dry between watering's for max 1 day.
- Pot Size Small 5.5cm.
- Pot Size Large 10cm.
