Pinguicula gracilis - Mexican Butterwort
Pinguicula gracilis, a small Mexican Butterwort native to Nuevo León, was initially collected in 1980 and formally described by Sergio Zamudio in 1988. It features white flowers with a prominent lower lobe that bears a distinctive greenish-yellow spot.
- Skill Level: Easy.
- Light: Min 1 hour direct sun, max all day.
- Water: Fill tray, keep in water at all times.
- Dormancy: Succulent phase with smaller leaves in winter, reduce watering by half allowing tray to dry between watering's for max 1 day.
- Pot Size 5.5cm.
