Northern Peru valleys comes the Aji Norteno. A sweet fruity chilli with mildish heat it is traditionally used with fish meals. Grows well in a pot reaching 1.5m in height producing 8cm long by 3cm wide pods.

Flavour: Green apple with good capsicum and bit of kick.
