Another great chilli from Peru, grows 90 cm in pots and up to 180 cm in the ground. Seems to do better than most other baccatums in cooler climates, it produces 10-12 cm pods that turn bright red when mature. Ideal for salads, salsas, pickling, and tapas, it's an easy-to-grow, prolific plant.
Flavour: Floral and citrus with a light sweetness.
