95 Days. Devil’s Claw Mustard is a rare Capsicum chinense variety known for its unusual, twisted pod shape and fierce heat. The pods ripen from green to a mustard yellow, often with darker striations, and have a jagged, claw-like appearance. Plants grow 80–100cm tall and are very productive, especially in hot, sunny conditions.

Great for extreme hot sauces or drying into powders—handle with care!
