Serrano Capsicum annuum

75 Days. A classic Mexican chilli traditionally used in salsas and fresh sauces. Serrano peppers are smaller and hotter than jalapeños, and unlike many other chillies, they’re most often used green. Great for slicing, pickling, or adding fresh heat to any dish.

Grows well in pots or garden beds, reaching up to 90cm tall with 5–8cm long pods.

Flavour: Bright, grassy, crisp, and spicy with a clean chilli bite.
