100 Days. Yaki Blue is a high-heat Capsicum chinense hybrid that combines blistering intensity with striking looks. Pods start deep purple and ripen to red, often showing blue or black shading during ripening. A cross between a Bhut Jolokia and Filius Blue, it delivers both visual impact and serious fire. Plants grow 80–100cm tall and produce heavily in warm conditions.

Not for the faint-hearted—ideal for hot sauces or drying.
