Woolbabe x Bo & Ko Swaddle Blanket (Ngaru)

This gorgeous swaddle blanket is part of a collaboration range from Woolbabe and Bo & Ko Baby. Crafted from a combination of organic cotton and merino wool, it is comfortable, temperature-regulating and gentle on delicate skin. It washes effortlessly and becomes even softer with every use.

Ideal for swaddling newborns up to 6 months, and continues to be loved as a cosy blanket for toddlers too.

It was of the upmost importance that Māori culture was appropriately represented in this collaboration. BO & KO Baby worked closely with a Toi Māori artist to bring their vision for the design to life. They have been guided by their kaumātua and received blessing over this collaboration of product collections between BO & KO Baby and Woolbabe.

He whakamāramatanga (design meaning):

The unaunahi represents whānau and whakapapa. The unaunahi, like a ripple in the water, has a centre point where each ripple once was. As the ripple develops an offspring replaces its spot. The spiral in which the ripples flow out of represent balance and tranquility.
