From a single vineyard in Marlborough’s Southern Valleys, Karaka Estate Chardonnay is expressive and complex, with aromas of lemon crème, stone fruit, and subtle smoky oak. Bright acidity flows into a rich, balanced mid-palate, with integrated oak adding texture and length. The finish is long, polished, and refined. Pairs beautifully with pan-seared prawns in butter-citrus sauce or aged cheeses.
