Sourced from the north-facing slopes of the Waihopai Valley, Karaka Estate Rosé is crafted from one of the first parcels harvested each year in Marlborough. Cool early-morning picking preserves vibrancy and natural acidity, setting the foundation for a fresh, expressive style. A short period of skin contact followed by gentle pressing and slow fermentation builds purity and texture, while time on lees adds subtle depth. The result is a beautifully balanced rosé showing notes of crushed strawberry and pomegranate, lifted by a fresh sea-breeze
salinity and finishing long and refreshing.
