If you do not have the time to invest in yourself, then you will need to create more time. The easiest way to do this is to analyze how you are wasting, killing, or spending your time. Download and use our Time Management Assessment tool. This will help you to identify the unimportant stuff you can delegate to others, or eliminate all together.

Once you have freed up time (essentially creating more time), you can set a schedule that balances your time better. You can block out 1-3 hours per day ME Time, and still have time to spend with, or for others (i.e. your partner, children, elderly parents, employer, co-workers, friends, social network, or volunteer commitments).
