Onion Powder

The problem with the regular supermarket variety of onion powder is that many contain wheat derivatives as anti-caking agents. The onions themselves in the supermarket mix, were also not from and, as onions grow underground, they are highly susceptible to the quality of the soil they are planted in.
So the hunter gatherer in me went looking for onions grown in good ol' kiwi soil and I found pure kiwi onions, powdered, that's all. Nothing else, no fillers, just onions and how it should be really. Supporting local growers.
