Sugar-Free Chai Latte

Enjoy the comforting warmth of this aromatic chai tea, infused with a blend of spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and ginger. This version uses a sugar-free chai syrup to enhance the flavour while keeping it light and healthy. Perfect for sipping on a cozy afternoon!

Ingredients ( = available here at Keto Store NZ):
1 cup water
1 black tea bag (or 1 tbsp loose black tea)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp Sugar-Free Chai Tea Syrup
1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
Sugar-free sweetener to taste (optional)
Method:
In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
Add the tea bag and spices (cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom) to the boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Remove the tea bag and stir in the vanilla extract and Sugar-Free Chai Tea Syrup.
In another saucepan, heat the milk until warm (do not boil).
Pour the spiced tea into a mug, add the warm milk, and stir to combine.
Sweeten with a sugar-free sweetener if desired. Enjoy your warm, comforting chai!
