Behind the Art

Born in 1981, Rosi Feist grew up near Dresden, Saxony, formerly in the GDR. Now living in Berlin, the artist entered the art world through design. His inspiration comes from photographs, from everyday life, he simplifies the image, to bring out only simple areas, which he will associate with pastel colours. The result is a minimalist pop art collection that reflects a nostalgic banality of everyday life.
