Throwing pots with black stoneware has been a way for Aímee to enjoy the contrast of the black slightly gritty clay with the smooth coloured glaze surface.

Although they have been trialled in the dishwasher without any damage, and in theory they would be microwave, oven and dishwasher proof, we would not recommend this.
