Ingredients: apples (40%), dates (40%), malt vinegar, sugar, water, garlic, crystallized ginger, spices, salt (CONTAINS GLUTEN) All of my products are handmade using simple, fresh and local ingredients wherever I possibly can. All of my products are made in my kitchen here in Hawea and shipped all over New Zealand to my lovely customers and loyal stockists.
